员工发展培训经理岗位职责

员工发展培训经理 • Lead functional competence development to establish competence development methodology

Optimize the training portfolio, share the best practices and leading-edge learning technology(e.g blended learning, multi-media tolls,experiential learning,etc) to ensure continuous learning

Drive the change journey and encourage employees to know the company culture campaign, work rollout, product day, etc

Conduct talent assessments to support talents' individual development plan

Support to develop high-potential talents at different levels through graduates program, exchange program, action leaning program, etc.

Support to upgrade competences of internal trainers, facilitators and assessors, and build pool of the best practices and case studies

Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university

Five to eight-year work experience in leaning and development

Proficient English in writing and speaking
