体系质量主管岗位职责

1.负责推进、维护公司管理体系,协调及推动各部门按ISO9001管理体系要素运作;

Responsible for promoting and maintaining the company management system, Coordinate and promote all departments to pressISO9001Management system Feature operation;

2.负责组织编制、修订公司管理体系手册、程序文件工作,审核与管理体系相关的管理性文件;

Responsible for organizing and revising the company Management System Handbook, procedure document work, audit and management system related to the management of documents;

3.组织、实施质量管理体系内部审核及日常管理体系的核查工作;

Organize and implement quality management system Internal Audit and daily management system verification work;

4.协调公司质量管理体系第二方、第三方审核工作;

Coordinate the second party and the third party audit work of the company's quality management system;

5.协调质量管理体系年度管理评审工作;

Coordinate the annual management review of quality management system;

6.负责对内外部审核中的不合格项的组织整改、跟踪验证工作;

Organization responsible for nonconforming items in internal and external audits Rectification and follow-up verification work;

7.组织、实施质量管理体系的教育培训工作;

To organize and implement the education and training work of quality management system;

8.负责公司质量体系的持续改进工作;

Responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality system of the company;

9.按时完成上级主管交办的其他工作。

Finish other work assigned by supervisor in time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格

1.工作经验:从事光电行业工作十年以上,负责管理体系工作二年以上,精通ISO9001标准;

Working experience: Engaged in photoelectric industry for more than ten years, responsible for more than two years of management system, proficient inISO9001Standard;

2.教育程度:本科以上学历,电子、机械、质量专业或与本公司行业相关的理工科;

Education level: Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in electronics, machinery, quality or science related to the company's industry;

3.专业技能:具有ISO9001内审员证书;

Professional skills: HasISO9001Internal Auditor certificate;

4.管理技能:精通产品质量法、ISO9001等相关标准;掌握质量管理工具,具备对管理体系、流程、产品审核能力;具有推进管理体系认证的管理能力;有较强的沟通能力和协调能力;具备职业健康安全管理意识的可优先考虑;

Management skills: Proficient in product quality law, ISO9001and other relevant standards, master Quality management tools, with the management system, process, product audit ability, with the promotion of management system certification management capacity, strong communication skills and coordination skills; Have occupational health and safety management awareness is a priority;
