SalesDirector销售总监岗位职责
General function:
? Responsible for the generation of AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), RTL(Real Time Logistics) dealers’ business for the sales teams in line with the companies targets;
? Manage and focus the sales teams on the target market segment;
? Develop and maintain a successful sales strategy;
? Manage key client accounts and business partner relationships;
? Provide management with a clear and focused business plan aligned with the companies targets;
? Responsible for accurate and prompt prospect reporting;
Specific functions:
? Responsibility for client and business partner relationships;
? Manage sales outcomes which meet the customer’s requirements, whilst maintaining budgeted gross margins
? Work closely with the marketing department to improve Dematic’s market profile;
? Offer processing in compliance with company procedures including bid / no bid review and proposal review;
? Order acceptance and processing in compliance with company procedures including contract review;
? Ensure same day response to initial customer enquires;
? Preparation of monthly reports and maintenance of the prospect database
Requirements:
? Demonstrated experience in managing a successful sales team;
? Have excellent communications skills;
? University qualified, ideally with a Masters degree;
? Experience in market segment management;
? Demonstrated experience in business processes;
? Experienced in MNC’s operations, English speaking is a must.
