服务协调员岗位职责
Service Coordinator(服务协调员) 卡尔蔡司(上海)管理有限公司 卡尔蔡司(上海)管理有限公司,蔡司中国,卡尔蔡司 Main Tasks
- Dealing inquiries from external and internal customers and to satisfy with customers.
- Coordinate relevant department to have timely information flow.
- CMM data maintenance and other relevant service document update on time, ensure data integrity related to tariff classification, value information.
- Business order follow (Make quotation, service contract negotiate with customer, goods and service schedule, payment, AR).
- Comply with company rules and regulations, assistant the whole team to achieve the company required performance.
- Service report SAP input monthly.
- Good team work, self - improvement and challenge constantly
- Make accurate record of stock of spare parts.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree
Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ working experience in customer service
Able to do multitask and work independently.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative
Other skills
Must be well-versed with MS Office applications.
Good command of written and spoken English
