•Four-year college or university degree with focus on business administration or related areas; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•3 years of work experience with the same or similar responsibilities
•Good knowledge on continuous improvement tools and fundamentals e.g. BPM, Six Sigma
•Very good analytical problem solving and organizational skills
•Good project management skills, and proactive working attitude.
•Strong communication skills, including effectively composing and exchanging and clarifying information within and outside of the organization, and creating complex presentations and trainings
•Deep/specialized knowledge of operational and related accounting processes in assigned area of the business
•Ability to be self-directed with limited supervision within wide range of responsibility, while working under tight deadlines. May act as a lead/mentor to more junior employees
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Strong IT-skills : significant SAP FICO experience is a must, MMSD is a plus ; MS Office programs with special reference to Excel, Access and Powerpoint, ability for VBA Programming is a plus.
