保险推广专员岗位职责
Business Development Executive (Insurance) 船舶保险业务推广专员 - 新加坡(J10156) 光汇石油 深圳光汇石油集团股份有限公司,光汇石油,光汇石油集团,光汇 工作职责:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To acquire new businesses and management of clientele
• Contributing to the development of a strategic plan to profitably grow the business (with BD Sales team)
• Identify opportunities and initiating discussions with clients
• Integration of client’s business and needs with MOL platform
• Development and management of vendor panel
• Engaging with insurance companies/brokers and any other related possible vendors to come onboard MOL to provide service
• Vendor management – manage relationship, contract of agreement, service quality control
• Vendor portal account creation and relevant integration for onboarding vendors
任职资格:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess a Diploma in any discipline, with min 3 years working experience in the general insurance industry selling services or products and preferably possess relevant general insurance professional certifications
• Good exposure/knowledge and technical interest in IT and e-commerce businesses for the marine industry
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with customers/vendors at all levels and able to turn business relationships into business.
• Ability to present complex messages skillfully and communicate effectively to drive positive outcome with key stakeholders
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Extensive travel will be required for customer/vendor meetings and exhibits
