薪资计算岗位职责


PURPOSE

The main responsibility of this role is to handle and coordinate various compensation related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the collection, cleaning up, supply and maintenance of compensation data. Cooperate with CIIC / FESCO ADECO to complete monthly payroll calculation and the payment of sales incentive and annual bonus. Complete payroll approval and payment on-time to ensure payroll is received on schedule. Prepare payroll data analysis on request.

2. Responsible for monthly salary calculation for foreign employees and interns, monthly IIT declaration, and supply of materials requested by the bank.

3. Responsible for social insurance and housing fund related issues for around 80 cities. Ensure timely and accurate contribution and annual contribution base adjustment in accordance with state regulations.

4. Cooperate with commercial insurers to complete commercial insurance contribution and claim.

5. Responsible for payroll related audit activities.

6. Responsible for management of CB module in HRIS, provide solution and training to internal user, and cooperate with external vendor for further requests.

7. Play as a contact window to employees, responsible for issuing employment certification, replying CB related questions to employees.

8. Assist supervisor in implementation and accomplishment of CB related projects and other ad hoc tasks.

External:CIIC, Fesco Adeco, Commercial Insurer, HRIS Vendor

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education: Bachelor degree, majors of HR management is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field: 3+ years of related work experiences

Professional Knowledge and Skills

1. Familiar with state laws and regulations on personnel affairs.

2. Fluent spoken and written English

3. Excellent MS office software skills

4. Familiar with payroll related system, Wan Gu is preferred

5. Detail and process oriented

6. Ability to work under pressure, flexible and service oriented attitude with strong communication and coordination skills
