检验协调员岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver customer services by acting as a coordinator and manage to communicate with internal and external clients 20%
2. Handle inspection/audit order enquiries, review and manage the client bookings till invoicing 20%
3. Verify and update the record in the database system in timely manner 20%
4. Support inspectors/auditors on project documentation and maintenance 20%
5. Ensuring compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures 10%
6. Handle ad hoc projects, perform other duties assigned by Assistant Manager, Customer Service 10%
Reqirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good computer skill
5. Good command of English
