生产协调员岗位职责

生产订单协调员 慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司 慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司,VSM,慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司,慧瞻 Responsibilities:

• Interact closely across multiple functions ofDSS including manufacturing. sales, purchasing, product management, customer serviceand engineering/desing to prepare detailed scope of equipment orders. This includes SAP transactional and administrative tasks including creation of Sales Order Line Items. A key element of the role is understanding DSS work processes and determining the SAP process to select for each business opportunity to ensure proper cost and revenue posting.

• New SAP material creation utilizing the Configure One Configurator.

• Enter equipment orders on the factory including identification of full technical scope, Bill of materials and commercial information.

• Complete SAP transactions: create service orders for conversions, field service and warranty.

• Create manual requisitions for non-SAP materials.

• Create purchase requisitions within service orders for non-SAP materials.

• Approve material costing for manufactured and purchased parts.

Education / Qualifications:

• BS degree with at least two (2) years GASGUARD®, CHEMGUARD® POLYFLOW® product line and SAP experience or AD with 5+ years product line experience.

• Broad and deep technical knowledge and understanding of electronics specialty gas equipment design and applications

• Strong process orientation
