销售助理 - 外贸进出口 都福(上海)实业有限公司 都福(上海)实业有限公司,都福 职责描述:Sales assistant for Maag China Sales team/ Assist in preparation of quotations, calculations, order entries, etc. include analyze sales activities, provide reports.Incorporated in organization Maag Automatik Shanghai, ChinaReports to Sr. Sales SupportWorking place in China: Shanghai, Maag Automatik office / Support conferences, exhibitions and seminars in China as well.P.R. China- Assist in preparation of quotations, calculations for Sales people- Support in orginizing sales meeting, conferences, exhibitions, seminars and agents meeting in China.- Contact with Agents /Distributers and OEMs- Assist in order processing and handling- Reporting to Sr. Sales Support- Active support sales people and application engineers- Contact with Factories, Service Centers and Service team- Coordination with Marketing Department- Supports and prepares via reports- Monthly or bi-monthly sales meetings- Weekly sales calls- Work with sales team and PDM on marketing campaigns任职要求:- 3-5 years work experience in sales support, sales, or administrative support- University degree- Native Chinese- English fluent in writing conversation- further language skills appreciated- experience in machine or manufacturing industry preferred- Work with international companies preferred- Skillful computer application (offcie includes PPTs)immedeately 您与该职位的匹配度? 经验分布(年) 学历分布 登录 查看职位竞争力分析
