石油化工销售岗位职责
销售经理/大客户经理-石油化工 DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. The primary responsibility of this role is Key Account Management of CNPC. Prepare detailed Key Account Plans and develop a deep understanding of these organizations and their concerns/requirements surrounding instrumentation products.
2. Identify a product development strategy to address the concerns/requirements of key customers, and drive these development plans through the Norgren organization, backing them up with well-justified business cases.
3. Achieving the annual order and sales budget for CNPC and Developing the existing and potential Key Accounts base to maximize order intake and sales for products from CNPC;
4. Providing technical/engineering advice on products to design institutes and end-users so that our products are specified on customers' preferred vendor list;
5. Providing a regular flow of information to the company to aid product and market development;
6. Launch new Norgren products into the selected accounts in CNPC.
7. Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers;
8. Assisting with regular business forecasting and annual budgeting;
9. Formulating strategies and recommendations for the development of key OCG accounts and markets;
10. Submitting regular sales reports on market trends and demands, Competition, new product applications, new business opportunities, etc
11. Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemical engineering or Process Control / Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
2. At least 6 years of sales experience in selling process solenoid / pneumatic valves or pumps or other flow control equipments in the field of oil/gas, petrochemical, chemical or other process industries. A minimum of 3 years proven experience within key account management role in an international company is prefered;
3. Good contact with those major design institutes and end-users of CNPC, or SINOPEC, CNOOC, SINOCHEM is a must.
4. Proven track records in above mentioned Key Accounts Projects handling from early project information collecting to the contract negotiation and contract execution.
5. Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in key account relations build-up and maintenance, good insight to market and project status , coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
6. Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
7. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
8. Good command of English, both oral and writing;
9. Be willing to travel around frequently.
