员工服务专员岗位职责
职责描述:
1. Handle pre-on boarding, onboarding processes and new hires P-file local master data creation.
2. Handle annual labor contract renewal and sign off with government bureau, collect and release all documents required by law.
3. Handle probation assessment process and follow up internal referral program.
4. Handle exit process and provide related report periodically.
5. Maintain and update P-file local master data and provide related report periodically.
6. Handle hotline in associate service center for associates’ inquiry regarding HR policies, programs as well as system.
7. Call management for incoming calls, outbound calls, abandoned calls, voicemail and related report.
8. HR case management: case creation, case assignment, case notes, case reminder, case close, case re-open, case monitoring, case follow-up, emulate to associate, case analytics reporting, service group setup.
9. Management HR One Portal Content: Update, add, remove;
10. HR related handbook and policy translation;
11. Make all operations compliance with established processes and continuously improve efficiency by process optimization or leveraging IT technology
12. Support all kinds of annual government audits
13. Other HR operation work as assigned.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree with Word, Excel expertise is preferred.
2. At least 2 years working experience in HR related area, experience in service centre operational role is preferred
3. Good knowledge of China Labor Law and government rules
4. Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality, patient, proactive and precise
5. Execution and detail oriented, clear concise
6. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
